Hey friend,
I’m Kelly, a very late club AuADHD, trauma informed coach & mental health advocate, recovering workaholic, people-pleasing, perimenopausal woman. I’m also a mum to two young adults, a sometimes loving wife (ha!) therapeutic Yin yoga teacher, massage & dark chocolate aficionado, big belly laugher, and chicken village travel lover. As an ex–travel agent and DIY yoga retreat nerd, I love planning off the path, slow travel journey's as an antidote to burnout.
My special interest, if you will...
This blog is my quiet resistance to hustle culture and the “do it all” lifestyle creep.
Here you’ll find slow travel stories and soft itineraries threaded with wellness and everyday rituals — yin yoga, narrative journal prompts, and tiny practices that bring “retreat energy” into daily life. Alongside reflections on late diagnosis, rest as rebellion, and reminder that we can build a life that fits our neurospicy brain.
Whenever we get the change we wander slowly — sometimes in our vintage ’76 van Morrison, sometimes in places that simply called to us — seeking real place vibes, back street cafés, vintage shops, in search of the best comfort food, and the glimmers of kindness that remind us a better world is possible. And of course petting all the cats along the way.
This blog is kind of an invitation and a permission slip: to step out of grind culture, to rest without guilt, to travel in ways that nurture your body and soul, and to carve sacred moments into our busy lives and reconnect with what actually matters.
I share my growing resources partly for anyone who sees themselves in my story, in the hope of inspiring you to live your dream life — and partly as a place to keep my memories and share my adventures, to remind me of my own strength despite my spicy challenges. IYKYK.

This is mine. I’m glad you’re here.
